VSA Prospecting and its daughter company Public Safety and Economic Growth (PubSEG) aren’t exactly resting on their laurels as 2022 winds down.
The lead generation and disease case management companies implemented a series of personnel moves this month designed to improve operational efficiency and productivity for all clients. The moves were initiated by VSA’s recently named Senior Vice President of Operations Dawn Stolte, who holds the same position with PubSEG.
“Dawn thought so hard about all of this,” says Valerie Schlitt, VSA’s CEO and founder. “Moves like this are underrated. It might look like we just shuffled a bunch of people around, but the strategic thought and assessment that went into these decisions was huge. She came into her operations role with the mindset of, how can we take the things we do well and do them even better.”
The personnel changes include:
Breanna Stadel is VSA’s new Director of Operations after previously serving as Manager of Quality & Training and Director of Program Management. Breanna will continue to supervise program management while also overseeing the Business Development Representatives, the Quality & Training department, and the content and list development teams.
“Giving Breanna direct influence over both the Program Managers and Business Development Representatives makes perfect sense because it allows her to have a greater impact on our client programs,” Valerie says. “Breanna’s ability to think big and to think ahead has been such an asset to the company and our clients. Whatever she does, she’s always thinking three steps ahead and is always conscious of future implications.”
Lisa Doyle has been promoted to Senior Program Manager and will assist Breanna in overseeing VSA programs. Lisa has been with VSA for nearly a decade and has managed the company’s largest client since 2015.
“Lisa has proven herself to be versatile enough to handle so many different kinds of clients, using so many different platforms,” Valerie says. “She’s unflappable, steady, thoughtful and is the logical person for this role because of her aptitude, intelligence, and history with the company. She knows what’s worked well in the past and what hasn’t.”
Jennifer Burke has been promoted to Director of Workforce Management for both VSA and PubSEG. This is a newly created position designed to fit Jennifer’s varying responsibilities, which include overseeing payroll, recruiting, scheduling, and other HR-related lines of business.
“Jenn started with PubSEG about a year ago to assist with scheduling,” Dawn says. “She quickly set processes in place to limit the amount of time spent putting the schedule together. Because of her project management background, we were able to have her assist in so many different areas. She made an immediate impact at PubSEG and has already done the same thing at VSA.”
Joan Morisset, who previously served as VSA’s Operations Manager, has been named Senior Manager of Recruitment and will be recruiting talent for VSA and PubSEG, as well as the company’s Philadelphia-based inbound operations.
“It was clear to me that we needed to recruit in-house, and Joan was the perfect person to lead this team,” Dawn says. “Joan has a proven track record of successfully bringing on new employees.”
Maryann Arterbridge will continue to oversee Quality & Training while assuming the new role of Manager of BDR Development. Her responsibilities include training, coaching, and developing the BDRs.
“Maryann has the ability to think outside the box, which has helped her quickly rise up the ranks at VSA and will serve her very well in this new role,” Dawn says. “I can’t wait to see what she accomplishes in this position, along with everybody else in their new roles.”
“It really is an exciting time for both VSA and PubSEG,” adds Dawn. “I look forward to us entering the new year bigger, better, and stronger than ever.”
