March 22nd - Haddon Township, N.J. – VSA Prospecting expanded its leadership team this month with the hiring of Kevin Schroeder as Director of Shared Services.
Mr. Schroeder, a Lumberton, New Jersey resident, has more than 20 years of experience in computer systems management with the United States Air Force, most recently serving as the Computer Systems Supervisor at McGuire Air Force Base. He has an extensive background in administrative support, team leadership, and multiple IT environments.
VSA Prospecting is a lead generation firm with a national reach that specializes in setting sales appointments for clients with complex offerings—particularly those in the healthcare, education, manufacturing/logistics, and technology sectors.
Mr. Schroeder will oversee VSA’s tech team, as well as the company’s list-building and content-development teams. These teams also work with VSA’s daughter company, PubSEG (Public Safety & Economic Growth), which supports COVID-19 contact tracing efforts at schools, colleges, and universities.

In his most recent position as McGuire Air Force Base’s Computer Systems Supervisor, Mr. Schroeder was responsible for reviewing directives, policies, programs, enterprise-wide functional user requirements, and acquisition strategies. He also developed and implemented analyses of new and emerging technologies and their implications on the organization’s short- and long-term IT planning.
